Return Policy

1. Digital goods, not physical returns

WebCodeShop sells PHP scripts, website source code and digital gift cards. No physical goods are shipped, so there is nothing to return by post. Read each product’s description and requirements before purchasing.

2. After delivery

Because digital goods can be copied once delivered, sales are final after files, keys or codes are issued, subject to your statutory rights. A change of mind does not normally qualify for a refund after delivery.

3. Faulty, incorrect or undelivered products

Contact us within 7 days with your order number if your product is faulty, does not work as described, or was never delivered. We will help investigate and may provide a replacement or refund, depending on the issue.

If we cannot deliver your order, contact support for assistance. This policy does not remove rights you have under Indian consumer law.

4. Gift cards

Digital gift cards cannot normally be refunded or exchanged after the code has been revealed. If a code is faulty, incorrect or missing, contact support with the order number and details of the issue. Never share your full gift-card code publicly.

5. Pending payments and cancellations

UPI payments are checked manually. If your payment or delivery is still pending, contact us with your order number and UPI transaction reference so we can check its status and discuss your request. Do not submit another payment without checking first.

6. How to request help

Email contact@webcodeshop.com or use the Help Center. Include your order number, the email address used for purchase, a description of the problem and relevant screenshots. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or private keys.

We review each request against the product description, delivery records and the Terms & Conditions. There is no automatic refund simply because a request has been submitted.
